When making personnel decisions, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko gave the go-ahead to the appointment of senior officials in five districts of the country, the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee, the Bobruisk City Executive Committee, and one of the districts of Minsk, BelTA has learned.
Vasily Shilov was appointed Chairman of the Polotsk District Executive Committee, Vitaly Lavrinov — Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee, Aleksandr Yarokhnovich — Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee, Sergei Kashmilo — Chairman of the Sharkovshchina District Executive Committee, and Aleksei Zhernosekov — Chairman of the Cherikov District Executive Committee.
Yelena Prudnikova-Kirpichenok was approved for the post of Mogilev Oblast Deputy Governor (in charge of economic matters), and Maksim Gurin was approved for the position of the Bobruisk mayor. Eduard Tomilchik will head up the administration of Oktyabrsky District of Minsk.
