A Chinese parliamentary delegation headed by deputy chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Han Qide will visit Belarus on May 26-30, BelTA learnt from the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus.
During the first day of the visit the Chinese delegation will meet with Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vadim Popov. In the course of the meeting the sides will discuss topical issues of the Belarusian-Chinese interparliamentary cooperation.
On the second day of the visit the Chinese delegation is scheduled to meet with Speaker of the Upper House of the Belarusian Parliament Gennady Novitsky and the top officials of the Council of Ministers of Belarus.
The guests from China are also to visit the National Library of Belarus, the Belovezhskaya Puscha National Park, memorial complex “Brest Fortress Hero”.
