The authorities of the European Cycling Union (UEC) will arrive in Belarus June 4 to inspect the construction of the sports and entertainment center Minsk-Arena which is set to host the European Cycling Championships in 2009.
The delegation will include UEC General Director Roland Hofer, the press service of the Belarusian Cycling Federation informed. The two-day visit will embrace the meetings with Minister of Sports and Tourism of Belarus Alexander Grigorov, First Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee Gennady Alekseenko and Chairman of the Belarusian Cycling Federation Alexander Muravyev.
