MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) – President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko made several personnel appointments on 3 September, the press service of the Belarusian head of state told BelTA. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko appointed Vasily Markovich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Czechia. Before that Vasily Markovich worked as Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of Belarus in Czechia. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko appointed Vladimir Serpikov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Slovakia. Before that Vladimir Serpikov worked as Deputy Head of the Central Office, Head of the Office for Pan-European Cooperation of the Central Office for Europe of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry. Alexander Lukashenko approved the appointment of Alexander Berebenya as Consul General of Belarus in Bialystok, Poland. Earlier Alexander Berebenya worked as Head of the Diplomatic Service Procurement Office of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko authorized the appointment of Oleg Arnautov as Deputy Healthcare Minister, Chief State Sanitary Inspector. The head of state also approved the appointment of Sergei Martynov as Deputy Healthcare Minister, Fyodor Lisitsa – First Deputy Forestry Minister, Kazimir Kozhushko – Deputy Forestry Minister, Alexander Korbut – Deputy Forestry Minister. The Belarus President authorized the appointment of Viktor Yakzhik as Deputy Education Minister, Sergei Nesterovich – Deputy Information Technologies and Communications Minister, Anatoly Silchenko – Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology.
